Bradley Smith

Bradley Smith was born in Newport News, VA, and raised in Muncie, IN, where he attended Muncie Central High School. He went on to graduate from Ball State University with a degree in telecommunications.

Brad joined the Fairway team in 2012 with an extensive background in the reverse mortgage field, having been a regional manager for one of the top reverse mortgage lenders in the country for the previous six years. Brad has been involved with Big Brothers/Big Sisters program and was named “Big Brother of the Year” in 2011. He is co-founder of “Wifflemania,” an annual charity adult wiffle ball tournament held in Yorktown, IN, that has raised over $170,000 for its charities since 2010. Brad has served on the Delaware County Redevelopment Commission and the advisory committee for the Leadership Board, whose motto is “no child without a mentor.”

Brad is an avid sports fan and loves to travel with his wife Jessica and their son Kelden to watch their favorite Philadelphia sports teams. (Brad’s parents are from Philly and it’s a long-instilled tradition to root for those teams.)

In his own words: “Being able to find a company such as Fairway to work for was such a blessing. I came from a company that cared deeply about their clients and it wasn’t an easy decision to leave. However, Fairway made it an obvious decision with their reputation for customer service and their ability to lead me in my professional growth.”
